…Urges  Nigerians not to worry about ‘Japa’,as govt  will train more people

President Bola Tinubu on Monday  commissioned Senator Bola Tinubu drive at Sam Mbakwe Cargo International Airport.

The newly commissioned 10k road was constructed by Governor Hope Uzodinma in his first tenure from two lanes to four lanes with side lightening from Owerri-Aba Road to the Airport.  

He Imo State capital, during the second term inauguration of Governor Uzodimma.

 The President  assured Nigerians not to be bothered about the mass exodus of skilled workers from the country, assuring the citizens that the Federal Government in collaboration with sub-nationals will train more persons to fill the professional gap now conspicuous in health, tech and other sectors.

Addressing the people of the state shortly after the governor took the oath of office, Tinubu said the education of children and youths is a priority for the administration of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).

“You see the priority in industrialisation. Healthcare will receive more allocation and more attention.

“Don’t worry about what you are hearing about the Japa syndrome, we will train more people and we will supply them self,” he said.

President Tinubu arrived  Sam Mbakwe Airport in Owerri at about 1:19pm local time  ,where  received salute from the guards of honour on arrival.

The President was thereafter welcomed by the Senate President, Godswill Akpabio’s, the Speaker, Tajudeen Abbas, Deputy Speaker, Benjamin Kalu, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Tajudeen Abbas, Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Benjamin Kalu, President of the Senate, Godswill Akpabio, Deputy President of the Senate, Barau Jibrin.

Others are; Babajide Sanwo-Olu (Lagos), Alex Otti (Abia), Biodun Oyebanji (Ekiti), AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq (Kwara), Rev. Ft Hyacinth Alia (Benue), Gov Lucky Aiyedatiwa (Ondo), (Kebbi State) Governor, Nasir Idris (Sokoto) Ahmad Sokoto, Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, Dr Doris Uzoka-Anite, Minister of Innovation , Science  Technology, Uche Nnaji, Former Imo State, Rochas Okorocha, Hon. Uche Ekwunife.

President Tinubu was accompanied by his Principal Private Secretary, Mr. Hakeem Muri-Okunola, along other close aides

The President then proceeded to the Dan Anyiam Stadium to attend the Inauguration ceremony
