Members of Women In Energy Network(WIEN), a group of professional women who play in the energy industry made big waves at the just-concluded Nigeria International Energy Summit (NIES)) 2024 which was rounded off on March 1,2024.
Its members are leading discussions as speakers and moderators on how to move the nation’s energy industry forward while some have their companies participating in the showpiece which is holding between February 26 and March 1, 2024 at the International Conference Centre (ICC), Abuja.
NIES is the global platform for stimulating discussion, interactions signing of high-level deals and remains the only officially endorsed at the highest level of the Federal Executive Council.

Among the members who are functioning at the event are :Eyono Fatayi-Williams, Director, JDR Energy Resources and President of WIEN, who was the moderator at the Women in Energy Roundtable-Experience Sharing ,on Tuesday, Elohor Aiboni ,Managing Director , SNEPCo and WIEN Board of Trustees member who was among the speakers at the panel session 5 titled Nigerian Petroleum Producers Forum, on Wednesday. Olu Verheijen , Special Adviser on Energy to the President of Nigeria was at the Women in Energy Roundtable.
Godrey Ogbechie,Group Executive Director , Rainoil Ltd. and VP Midstream and Downstream, WIEN who was a panellist , and Nnoli Akpedeye, CEO of Contego Serve Limited who moderated the session 6 titled Nigeria Energy Downstream Forum.
