GOV AKEREDOLU’S NAME SCAMMED IN YORUBA NATION DENOUNCING SABOTAGE?

The much-touted news that Ondo State Governor, Arakurin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, denouncing Yoruba Nation agitation and purportedly inciting Security services to arrest and prosecute agitators for a treasonable felony could have been a usurpation of his office power as a governor after all. The governor according to sources is currently out of Nigeria and certain elements from his office may have been used by the Fulani government to discourage and push their agenda bullying Yoruba Nation agitators.

According to sources, Governor Rotimi Akeredolu is currently on a medical trip overseas and his office is being currently used to perpetuate criminal activities by opportunists who are close to the Tinubu campaign group, Sources hinted that the reports were sponsored statements made by loyalists to Tinubu who are using the instrument of office of Southwest governors to benefit the Tinubu campaign efforts.

According to aiinewsline.news investigation, the purported statement could have been the handiwork of certain mischief-making elements within the Ondo state government circle who are hellbent on confusing the generality of Yoruba people currently craving for their freedom from Nigeria and misguiding them into joining the Tinubu campaign train in a desperate bid to force the EMILOKAN syndrome down the throat of innocent people of Southwest of Nigeria.

As the current Yoruba nation agitation gathers more momentum and Yoruba youths are ruling out any possibility of a 2023 election held in the old Western Region of Nigeria, several attempts have been made to blackmail and demonize the agitation with a particular focus on the Tinubu campaign mafia elements attempting to blackmail Yoruba Nation self-determination leader, Stephen Adebanji Akintoye with series of sponsored lies in the Nigeria Media to denigrate him and thwart Yoruba nation agitation.

In recent weeks, massive turnouts at rally venues and successful implementation of all rally plans with cogent and well-rehearsed coordination have irked the sensibilities of the Tinubu campaign mafia and the Fulani central government triggering anxieties and phobia as Yorubas have assured the World elections would not be held in the Southwest of Nigeria, come 2023.

In recent activities by the Tinubu desperate ambition, the APC Southwest politicians have left no stone unturned sponsoring lies and make-beliefs to destroy Yoruba Nation agitation in bids to promote the personal political agenda of Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the EMILOKAN syndrome author who has used millions of dollars being resources from Yorubaland to buy support, influence, and love and to raked-up loyalty from hunger-stricken and vulnerable people across the country, using hired agents from East, West North, and South of the country.

According to the statements which were distributed to Media houses across the country, and given wide attention by Yoruba land-based media houses, the governor who also is the current Chairman of the Southwest Governors Forum was quoted as saying that those behind the agitation should immediately “perish the idea” or get arrested by the police for treason, adding that no state in the South-West region would allow the agitation to scuffle the sacrifices of Nigeria’s heroes. 

The content of the statement also added “Those clamoring for Oodua nation will not succeed. People have not laid down their lives for this country for unscrupulous individuals to scuttle it.

It continued: “This country is very important to some of us. We recognize the right of the people to protest or agitate. But if the police feel your actions are treasonable, they will arrest and prosecute you”, he was quoted as saying. 

According to our reliable source, governor Akeredolu is out of the country on a medical trip after a rumored poisoning during an official engagement.

On November 21, 2022, the office of the president launched the Emblem Appeal to flag off the 2023 Armed Forces Remembrance Day Celebrations and handed the baton of the state launching to the states.

The Emblem Appeal launching took place in Akure, the Ondo capital and the EMILOKAN mafia elements penetrated the occasion to typically usurp it to blackmail Yoruba Nation agitation. The stories carried by the Media did not mention the Governors representative who read the address and there has not been any video clip emerging from the occasion to lay authenticity to the statements of the governor.

According to a law expert who wants to remain anonymous, Governor Akeredolu. as a lawyer knows that self-determination is an inalienable right of everyone across the World. If certainly, he made such a speech, he would be shooting himself on the foot and relegating his status as a former president of the Nigeria Bar Association”

The lawyer added: ” From the look of things, the statement appeared a sponsored scheme to confuse the people of Southwest and plot them against each other as Tinubu has compromised to pitch his tent with those who have destroyed the Yoruba people for several years”

He added: ” Looking through the statements, the contents appeared as if they were a Northern Nigeria mindset of a statement and using Akeredolu’s office to send their message because of the panic of the Yorubas leaving Nigeria and the likelihood that the raping of the Yorubas in all aspect of life would stop”

“We must work to ensure that there is a power shift. The opportunity for the presidency to come to the south, especially the South-West, is around the corner.”
