IBFW congratulates Engr Sanusi on victory of club, IFSC
Ibadan Borikini Forum Worldwide (IBFW) has congratulated Engr. (Dr.) Dotun Sanusi, Chairman/CEO,Ilaji Hotels and Sports Resort, Akanran, Ibadan
,on the victory of his club as the 2024 winner of the Oyo State Football Confederation Cup.
This was contained in a letter jointly signed by
Chief Abiola Alli, President, and AIG Fatai Oladipupo (RTD), Secretary General of the association.
IBFW said the victory of Ilaji Football Sports Club (IFSC) over the highly rated Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) was ” historical and a testimony to your philanthropic gestures to the development of indigenous football and the teeming youths in the state for a better future.”
The association added that “It is gratifying to note that the victory of Ilaji Football Sports Club in the Oyo State Football Confederation Cup will afford it, to represent the State in the National Confederation Cup competition, later in the year.
“We, therefore, commend you and the Football Club’s Management on this laudable feat and also for your immense contributions towards the progress of Ibadaland through your massive investment in the hospitality industry, Ibadan Compounds security outfit, and various other empowerment programmes to mention but just a few, all in a bid to make Ibadan better.”
