Prominent World Leaders Across the World To Grace Yoruba World Cultural Events In Future, Says Banji Akintoye.

Professor Akintoye, declaring open an a-four-day cultural display in the ancient city of Ibadan, the heartland of the Western region of Nigeria, enjoined all Yorubas across the World to stand up in jubilation and pride because Yoruba culture as a World-class institution is sweeping and dotting all other cultures of the World where Yoruba ways of life are copied and Yoruba culture has been endemically entrenched.

A world-class cultural event that would sweep the World to its feet is to be held in all World capitals with prominent World leaders on the ground to lend support and lift up the World spirit, according to Professor Stephen Adebanji Akintoye, the leader of Yoruba Self-determination struggle.

According to him, a blueprint is to be made available soon about how Yoruba culture, as a World shaper in international cultural development in all nations will be celebrated in all capitals of major cities across the World, with those nations’ heads of governments in attendance.

Professor Banji Akintoye: The World Is Waiting For Us AS World Leader

According to Professor Akintoye, Yoruba glories have long been sunk in the virus called Nigeria and only the emergence of a virile Yoruba nation will revive the lost glories as a result, all sons and daughters of Yoruba must rise up to support the Yoruba nation’s emergence so that the Yoruba Kingdom of nations would not be wiped off the map with the many intentions of the Fulanis who through the support of old colonial powers are trying to dislodge the Yorubas from their ancestral land through tactical ethnic cleansing, subjugation, subdue, hunger, denial and many other evil ways, aimed at exterminating the race.

According to him: “We would not allow our race to be exterminated. We are a powerful force in the Black World and a World power of a sort sent to shape the life of the Black race in particular and the World in general but denied by the forces of evil whose agents through some tactical manoeuvrings using divide and rule have long been looting our land and disempowering our people”

He added that spiritually, the Yoruba nation has come to stay and nothing can change the destiny of the almighty because God has long been working to establish the Yoruba nation.

The Yoruba Nation Sports And Entertainment Commission organised the four-day event with full support from the Yoruba World In Action (YWIC). YWIC however pushed forward the Yoruba Nation Football Federation to host this year’s ASA ATI ISE ILE YORUBA,  a powerful Yoruba engine room organisation pushing forward a strong Yoruba Kingdom of Nations developmental agenda in technology, social amenities, infrastructural development, agriculture, technology, tourism, economic planning and many more visions in an on-going Yoruba Nation progress-driven agenda.

Doctor Omolara Sodunola, Yoruba Nation Football Federation Chairperson, in a closing remark after the event said YNFF was privileged to be the host of this year’s ASA TI ISE ILE YORUBA and expressed her delight that this year’s event has been a huge success.

Dr Sodunola said: “Yorubas are a unique people across the World and in history have disclosed how many Kingdoms emerged prior to the amalgamation of 1914 which wired the kingdom to Nigeria through some dubious means. It is now a common truth in many high places that many forces are trying to frustrate the greatness of the Yoruba kingdoms and we as thorough-bred Yoruba indigenes would not allow our race to be wiped off the World map through illicit means of wiring a colonial wiring of Yorubas to Nigeria.”

She continued: ” We are a formidable race, vibrant, inventive and culturally rich in all areas of life endeavour and therefore cannot be exterminated from the planet as being planned by certain forces of evil. When a river forgets its sources and spring out point, it gets swallowed inevitably by the soil and dries up inevitably and ignominiously”.

The four-day event and cultural competition was attended by Lagos, Oyo, Ogun, Kogi, Osun, Kwara, Ondo and Ekiti states and was coordinated by Haja Rukayat Adetoun Asubiaro-Agba (aka Queen Ara of the World Media), assisted by another Royal Queen Oluwatoyin Olaoye, an Ibadan abroad-based socialite and culture promoter. More event news to follow.

ASA TI ISE ILE YORUBA will be a yearly event and next year activities have been planned to include other Yoruba-rooted communities in Edo state and other parts of the country.
