Manfriend Kills Woman’s Hubby In A Jealous Swipe

A lover has killed the legal husband of a woman he was befriending after he (the boyfriend) was caught in a kissing session with the woman by the woman’s legal husband.

The boyfriend, in a jealous swipe killed the woman’s husband as he was caught in a romance embrace by the husband who challenged his wife for engaging in extra-marital affairs with another man.

The deceased walked into the arena after a tip-off and saw the suspect lapping his wife and engaging in a passionate kissing and romance cuddle. He challenged the encroacher while an argument ensued between the two resulting in an altercation which degenerated into a big fight. The suspect took a weapon and stabbed Victor Ikegwuonu, the woman legal husband. He died on the spot.

The deceased, Victor Ikegwuonu was aged 25.

Emeka Ezuruike was said to have been angry that his romance session was being intruded, not giving-in into the husband’s challenged. He stabbed Victor lkegwuonu and killed him instantly

According to a PUNCH Metro report, the deceased allegedly caught Ezuruike kissing his wife.

The incident happened at Umudike Umuna, in the Orlu Local Government Area of Imo state.

The deceased hailed from Ndibuche Arondizuogu in the Ideato North LGA of the state, while the suspect is a native of Ubomiri-Emuoba in Rivers State.

A source said, “The deceased saw the suspect kissing his wife while carrying her on his lap. He confronted him and an argument ensued between them. The altercation degenerated and led to a fight. The suspect took a weapon and stabbed Victor (Ikegwuonu); he died on the spot.”

A spokesperson for the state police command, Orlando Ikeokwu, confirming the incident said three suspects linked to the killing have been arrested.

He noted that Ikegwuonu was stabbed in the left upper rib, which resulted in his death.
